A Third Offense New Jersey DWI was dismissed today in Camden County!

How?

By thorough lawyering.

Client was technically guilty of DWI!

Just because you may be guilty, does not mean that you have to enter a plea of guilty!

In this Gloucester Township case, 911 was called; but, the 911 caller was not the person who observed the events that lead to 911 being called!  New Jersey law requires that the caller convey an unmistakable sense of the ongoing events that give rise to a 911 call.

What is the worst thing that a New Jersey DWI attorney can do?

What would you guess?

I have seen far too many people say that a certain case cannot be won; this is a reflection of the person saying that the case cannot be won, and not the reality of trial practice.

I have seen in my trial practice, and with other seasoned trial attorneys, that any case can be won at trial; any case can be lost at trial.  That is the hard, honest, sometimes wonderful, and sometimes unpleasant reality of trial.

If you were told you that your New Jersey DWI charge cannot be won, consider the consequences.  Find an attorney that has conquered a NJ DWI charge; it doesn’t mean that your case will be won, but, it does evidence that the attorney knows how to win.
